Q: Can I order sample? 

A: Yes,we accept sample for trial order. 

Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: For sample order, our delivery time is 20 to 30days; for bulk order, it’s 45 to 50days.

Q: Which colors will be available?

A: Normally, we will introduce the most popular colurs to customers. At the same time, we're able to make colurs according to customer’s demands.

Q: Can I use my logo(sticker) on the electric bike? 

A:  Yes, we can make customer’s logo (sticker) on the electric bike.

Q: What's your payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T , L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal.

Q: Will the conversion kit fit my bicycle?

A: The conversion was designed to fit 90% of the bicycles, and you can check your bicycle fork (the two metal pieces that attach the wheel to the bicycle) to be sure. You will need at least 100mm for front wheel and 135mm for rear wheel.

Q: How long does it take to recharge the battery?
A: usually it takes 4—6 hours.

Remark: The battery should be charged when it needed, and if you need to store the battery for a long time wothout use it, you should charge it at least every two month to keep the battery in good condition. 

Q: Can the bicycle be ridden with just pedal power?
A: Yes. The choice is yours - battery power, pedal power or a combination of both.

Q: Does the electric bicycle waterproof?
A: Yes. You can ride our electric bikes in the light rain without worrying about
damaging the electric components.
